What is New With CML?
Cisco Modeling Labs offers many features but some of these features are very important in today’s networking world. One of them is network security. As you know. For network security, Kali Linux is very important. You can use Kali Linux for penetration testing or more to test your environments. Now, Cisco Modeling Labs is also offering this feature. With CML, you can simulate your security scenarios with Kali Linux to test your environment. As you know network attacks and security technologies are very important main lessons of Cisco CCNP Security. You can also practice on advanced topologies for Cisco CCNP Security SCOR (Exam 350-701) exam.
Another enhancement of CML is on wireless networks. Now, you can create more advanced wireless topologies on Cisco Modeling Labs to test your real wireless networks or to practice on wireless certifications. With more devices and features, now CML is more wireless friendly. With these advanced features, by practicing on advanced wireless topologies, you can prepare for Cisco Enterprise Wireless Networks (ENWLSD) and Implementing Cisco Enterprise Wireless Networks (ENWLSI) certifications better.
With updated CML, there is also another features that offers aligning lab access with enterprise authentication standards through SSO. This means that integrating laboratory software, instruments or physical environments into the organization’s centralized single sign-on (SSO) system. You will secure administrative access with OIDC, OAuth2 and SAML, the same approach used in production environment.
For a simpler lab management, you can download all labs on CML. You can backup them, audit many of them in a single lab environment. This is especially very important during Cisco CCIE study journey.
